WordPress 2.6 Adds Support for Gears

Those living in the developing countries of the world know all about two things…being off the grid and constant power-outages. This can be a potential nightmare for software developers, web developers and bloggers alike. The solution? Desktop software applications like Google Gears that allow for the use of web applications offline.
