South Africa Sees PayPal, Raises With Payfast

Because of the murky waters surrounding international cyber laws, localized financial services seem to be the way forward for progress when it comes to reliable ecommerce solutions in Africa. South Africa recently launched PayFast, a PayPal-like service that integrates with another popular South African ecommerce service bid or buy.
