		<description>Very cool.  I&#039;m interested in what you say about publishers being blind to the African market.  Do you think that&#039;s primarily true of anglophone publishers or others as well?   
 
I ask because I spend part of my time working in Portugal and superficially it seems to me that Portuguese publishers are keenly interested in Africa.  Maybe that&#039;s driven by demographics (Portugal is small, lusophone Africa is big and growing) more than by any awareness of what African markets really want, and furthermore it may be primarily focused on EU-subsidized products like textbooks, but it does seem to be a preoccupation.
