Hi,
I found your articles very interesting, recently i have been using bitlord as my download client as i had found using the utl cdma phones this was the best client but of recently a couple of weeks now the client connect and i see thousands of peers but there is no download i have tried doing everything but of no avail, maybe there is some advice that you can give me as i cant think of anything else that i can do.
Please keep up the good work as some of the articles that are posted are very interesting

There are new applications like Tribler (<a href="http://www.tribler.org/trac)." target="_blank">http://www.tribler.org/trac).</a> This project decided to put the user pc in the place of the tracker AND client machines. and by discovering other nearby users you can make new friends to get help in boosting your downloads. there is also a feature of gauging how similar your tastes are to pair up users. not very efficient but a nice attempt. liked UTorrent and Vuze. how ever i think all trackers and client tools should have encrypted transfers enabled by default.

In response to the Smarter Trackers question, yes, this efficiency enhancement exists. It's actually the BitTorrent clients, like uTorrent and Vuze, that find nearby peers once the tracker has already setup the swarm.
