Katrin, thanks for the inquiry. I'm not sure why Grameen's legal team threw a fit. I won't even speculate. However, since we launched, our service has been adopted in impressive numbers locally and has made quite an impact with the media. Here are a few of the amazing articles written about it since the launch:

Guardian.co.uk - <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/pda/2009/jul/22/m..." target="_blank">http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/pda/2009/jul/22/m...
Forbes.com - <a href="http://www.forbes.com/2009/07/23/google-questionb..." target="_blank">http://www.forbes.com/2009/07/23/google-questionb...
PCWorld - <a href="http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/168..." target="_blank">http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/168...

A lot of recent developments have also occured and we're looking forward to making more announcements soon. As for reposting, you're always welcome! As Theresa says, all our content is covered by the creative commons.

Great post, Jon. Curious why Grameen's legal team did not want it out there, though... Also, can I repost on MobileActive? Your content seems to have traditional copyright so need your explicit permission :) Thanks!

Okay this post is free, sorry if this caused anyone trouble. I didn't want to delete the post because I knew the gag order was finite and it made more sense to leave it up with the comments and track backs intact for later.

Wayan,

Great points on both accounts. First, the physical box is definitely hard to scale which is why we've moved towards mobile. Right now QB doesn't have enough capital to be a call center for the entire country of Uganda so we're trying it out so that we scale up slowly. So we're already doing this, it just takes time with limited resources. A big part of that, secondly, is figuring out how to make the service completely self-sustaining through monetization. I can't share the things we've discussed by they are in the works.
