		<description>This has been quite true for years... if you respect standards (W3C, WCAG), properly structure your (X)HTML from scratch... avoid creating websites based on PhotoShop or Illustrator, and use CSS accordingly, then your site can be viewed quickly and efficiently all over the planet... 
Unfortunately, most &quot;said&quot; webdevelopers don&#039;t have a clue in &quot;real&quot; customer-oriented web-development... 
I&#039;ve been fighting for years for respecting standards and trying to teach young devs... some understand, most are too lazy and prefer using Flash or images all over the place ;-)
