		<description>To me Vivendi buying Zain Africa was not really making any sense from the start. France Telecom would be better candidate.... But there is also Telkom rumors. Imagine Orange taking over Zain... Zain is badly mismanaged, ARPU in Africa of normal consumers is too low. The corporate data and corporate line segment is what makes money. Cheers from Nairobi!
