Amazing Visualization of “Good Morning” Tweets from Around the World

Green: early risers
Orange: 9am
Red tweets: late risers
Black: afternoon “good morning” tweeters

Jer of blprnt.blg pulled over 50,000 tweets were harvested in 24 hours from all over the globe, in several languages, using the Twitter API. He then sorted the tweets, finding about 11,000 tweets from people with valid locations in their profiles. He then plugged the tweets into MetaCart and voila! beautiful visualizations of the world waking up on Twitter.
