Factoid 1 - Chinese Websites Localize For Africa

Factoid 1. China’s involvement in Africa through it’s investments, policy influence, and mining is widely known. But what about the Chinese web? It turns out there’s more going on there than one might think! As part of my research, I attempt to join the Chinese social networking sites QQ, TaoTao, Zahnzuo and Foxmail and successfully you them all to communicate.
